About Concierge Communications

 

Concierge Communications was formed in January 2001 by Perry Chrisler with a focus on providing wireless communications to businesses. In July of 2003, Clark Atwood joined the Concierge team to expand the provider portfolio to include wireline providers. Today, Concierge Communications, as a communications broker, represents over 40 different communication providers. We specialize in multi-location companies in the domestic United States. We have customer locations in over 40 states with services in all areas of business communications including Telecom Expense Management (TEM), Managed Services, GPS and LBS Devices, Wireless Services, Hosted Services, Voice and Data, and Contact Center Services.

In addition to being a communications broker, Concierge Communications is also a master agent supporting a growing list of communication representatives that wish to represent the strength and depth of the Concierge Communications portfolio.

Perry Concierge Communications

Perry Chrisler
President

Perry Chrisler has over 30 years of business experience. After a successful completion of BA at University of Arizona graduating Dean’s List, Perry began a career in Restaurant Management with Associated Hosts. As the youngest General Manager in the company, he successfully oversaw the return to profit of four different locations. Perry decided to make a move to the Apparel industry where he earned many awards for sales attainment. As the Sales Manager for Eiseman & Company, he helped build three sales teams and achieved over $10M in yearly volume. He accepted a position as Western Regional Manager for John Meyer of Norwich, where he was responsible for doubling their previous volume and penetrating many large national retailers. He started Perry Chrisler and Associates which he built into a large company with regional offices in LA, San Francisco, and Seattle.

For the past 10 years, Perry has held positions in sales and management for Nextel and XO Communications before starting Concierge Communications in 2001. He has earned several national awards and has garnered recognition as a perennial top producer. Perry has also completed numerous training courses and is a valued leader in government and enterprise sales.

Perry Chrisler formed Concierge Communications in 2001 and currently consults large businesses on wireless services, GPS solutions and TEM offerings. He also manages the wireless and TEM divisions of Concierge Communications.

 

Clark Concierge Communications

 

Clark Atwood
Vice President

Clark Atwood has over 15 years experience in the computer and communication industries. He has been a Value-Added Reseller business owner, served as the Chairman of the Novell Gold and Small Business Councils and held sales and management positions for VARs that focused on local area networks, storage area networks, clustered firewall, security, software development and more.

Clark Atwood has held technical, sales and management positions with two competitive local exchange carriers. He has completed three college degrees, has achieved several technical sales certifications and an IVR / ACD engineering certification. He has also received performance recognition from 3Com, XO Communications, UCN and Telesphere.

Clark Atwood joined Concierge Communications in 2003 and currently consults multi-location businesses on business communication infrastructure needs. He also manages the wireline and hosted services divisions of Concierge Communications.

 

Jana Beck

Jana Beck
Vice President

Jana Beck has over 25 years of business experience. She began her communications Industry journey in 1993, working in a variety of sales related positions including outside sales, sales support and sales manager. In 2003, she formed JB Telecom Consultants, focusing on the consultative approach to sales and customer relations. Through tenacity and ingenuity Jana built JB Telecom to become a successful agency with loyal clients who valued her dedication to staying abreast of industry changes and challenges in an effort to remain their communications advocate.

JB Telecom sold voice and data services as well as wireless services through Concierge Communications and was named the 2008 Concierge Communications Agency of the Year. In April 2010, JB Telecom and Concierge joined forces, resulting in Jana joining Concierge as Vice President of Sales where she oversees the direct and indirect sales channels.

Stefanie Long
Office Manager

Stefanie Long is our Director of First Impressions. Stefanie has a strong resume of previous business experience. She has over 10 years of management experience, with 5 in office management. She coordinates our office for trainings and meetings, organizes the company internal processes, and is in charge of managing systems and processes. It will be her enthusiastic voice you hear when calling our office lines.

Stefanie joined us in 2009 in Business Support and quickly moved up to Office Manager.

Steven Atwood has over a year of experience in communications and technology.

Steven joined Concierge Communications in 2008 and is responsible for general office duties and special projects. Steven graduated in May 2010.


 

Marketing:

Marketing Associate

Elyssa Dull completed her advertising agency internship in 2008 and received her BA from Arizona State University in 2009. She has been responsible for the web site design and marketing of small businesses. Currently, she is the Marketing Associate for Concierge Communications and is responsible for printed marketing materials, eMarketing, the web site, advertisements, press releases, etc.

Elyssa joined Concierge Communications in 2009 as a part time marketing assistant and moved to a full time position later that year.


 

HR and Finance:

Cindy Concierge Communications

Cindy Atwood
Benefits and Finance Manager

Cindy Atwood has over 15 years of small business, financial and organizational experience. She has held bookkeeping, clerical, and management positions for several small companies.  Additionally, she worked as a purchasing agent, and later, store manager for a large world-wide corporation.  She has also served in many leadership and training positions for several volunteer organizations.


Cindy joined Concierge Communications in 2005 in a part time capacity and moved to full time in 2007. She is currently the Benefits and Finance Manager and is responsible for the Concierge's accounting, HR benefits and several back office systems.

Courtney Chrisler worked as part time employee while receiving her Bachelor’s Degree and in 2008 she joined Concierge Communications full time.  She is currently the Commissions Manager responsible for processing all commissions received and agent commissions payable.


 

Sales Support:

Brent Concierge Communications

Brent Allgood
Sales Support - Voice & Data

Brent Allgood came to Concierge Communications with 18 years management and sales experience. He has held customer service, sales, training and management positions with Royal Caribbean and Holland America where he traveled extensively. He has also worked in the information technology industry as a network engineer for two large-scale bank technology replacement projects.

Brent Allgood joined Concierge Communication in 2005. He is currently a Sales Support Representative for the Voice & Data division.

 

Kathy Walraven

Sales Support - Voice & Data

Kathy Walraven has been in telecom for 25 years supporting consumer and small and large business in provisioning, process, service, and quality in both wireless and wireline.She led the Account Set-Up team for large businesses in a bundled service project and won the Leaders' Counsel Award for a consolidation project in the small business arena.

Kathy joined Concierge Communications in 2009 and currently works on the Voice & Data team for Sales Support.

Barbara Rode
Sales Support - Voice & Data

Barbara Rode has over 20 years experience in the sales administrative, support and office administration positions for several small companies. While working in these various positions, she received numerous Employee of the Year awards, including the first Diamond Award for Excellence. Barbara was instrumental in improving the processing of new accounts/creating/implementing internal company procedures and provided extensive customer service liaison/support for the Arizona customer base at each company. Barbara held an office administrator position with JB Telecom Consultants, providing administrative duties directly with the business owner and all of its Arizona customer base.

Barbara Rode joined Concierge Communications in April 2010 and is currently part of our Voice & Data Sales Support team.

David Tacla

Sales Support - Wireless & TEM

David Tacla has been in the technology and communications industry for over 7 years working with all of the major cell phone carriers. He has also been in charge of landline, broadband internet, DirectTV, and VZW sales and has experience with cell phone repair and customer bill review.

David joined the Concierge team in 2009 and is in charge of Sales Support for our Wireless & TEM team.

Greg Garbero

Gregory Garbero
Senior Account Manager

Gregory Garbero has 12 years of experience in communications and technology. He graduated with a BA from the University of California at Los Angeles. After touring as a PGA Golf Professional, Gregory got his start in the industry at XO Communications. He then moved on to Time Warner Telecom and Telesphere before starting Streamline Management Group. His company focused on consultative Telecom Optimization and auditing processes.

Gregory worked with Concierge Communications for several years in a collaborative business relationship. In June of 2010, Gregory joined our team after Concierge Communications acquired Streamline Management Group.

Greg Concierge Communications

Greg LaCoste
Account Manager

Greg LaCoste has over 14 years of successful consultative business sales experience. After graduating with a BA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1996, Greg spent 3 1/2 years as an account manager for the largest Ricoh affiliate in the Northeast, selling integrated printing solutions to businesses. Greg has spent the last 10 1/2 years in the Technology and Communications industry working in both direct and channel sales. As a channel sales manager, Greg helped triple the number of sales in the Arizona market. Greg provides consultations to variety of small/medium businesses, Enterprise, and Public Sector clients with a focus in healthcare. His expertise is in wireless voice, data and GPS/LBS solutions. Greg also provides businesses with voice, data, hosted and managed services solutions.

Tracy Concierge Communications

Tracy Ross
Account Manager

Tracy has been in Telecommunications for over 10 years. She organized and managed a Nextel Service Center and worked with Nextel Dealerships to effectively use their co-op dollars for effective marketing. She is certified in the Public Sector arena of Education and Healthcare and works with numerous School Districts as clients. In addition she has large corporate clients that consider her to be a great asset due to her ability to work with all the major telecom providers. Although Wireless, GPS and location based services are her expertise, she has worked on the voice, data and hosted side of business for several years.

 

Morgan Concierge Communications

Morgan Spencer
Business Development Manager

Morgan Spencer has over 20 years experience in the computer industry working in positions in channel sales and marketing, direct sales and vertical industry marketing. While working in various positions responsible for channel and direct sales, he earned several awards for exceeding quota, significantly increasing small-medium business revenue through channel partners and was recognized in the President’s Club and Top 10% several times. Morgan also enjoyed working with channel partners for over five years and successfully launched several channel programs, demand generation activities and vertical industry marketing campaigns.
